Lupe new owner of Senor Panchos Thomaston, started his hospitality carrier as a bus boy in Brookfield, CT at Panchos and Gringos, where he showed a natural talent with customers who loved him ever since. In not time he worked his way up to a server, where he shined with his own way to deal with people and specially kids. Soon he was running the show; he became General Manage for over twenty years.
Following his natural instinct to learn more and with the need to challenge himself he transferred to Senor Panchos in Southbury where soon Andy saw Lupe's potential and brought him to Prospect as Partner where he gained a great reputation and discovered it was time to fly on its own.
